TOWERS

Rethinking the traditional long, thin typology of London’s housing stock, this scheme unifies a semi-detached villa and rotates the party-wall, opening opportunities for well proportioned, efficient and light three sided apartments, which play off existing quirks of the building to provide moments of delight throughout.

A distinct cylindrical stair, mirrors an existing faceted bay, which as flanking tower allow a transition from old volume to new, and allude to the volumetric variety of the village like London street.
